We claim in this lawsuit that HomeWorks Energy, Inc (“HomeWorks”or “Defendant”) took deductions from the wages of Plaintiff and other similarly situated employees when the company received customer complaints, when a worker left a tool at the work site, or for other actions that the employer wished to disincentivize. Defendants also did not include all of Plaintiff’s income when calculating overtime pay.
