Blue Tarp Redevelopment, LLC (d/b/a MGM Springfield)(“Defendant Blue Tarp” or “Blue Tarp”), is limited liability company (LLC), formed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with a principal place of business located at One MGM Way, Springfield, Hampden County incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Minimum Wage.  We claim in this lawsuit that Blue Tarp Redevelopment, LLC failed to pay Plaintiffs, and all other terminated Massachusetts employees (the “Class” or “Class Members”), their full wages due on the date of their termination. Instead, defendants paid their terminated employees their final wages days after the date of their termination in violation of Massachusetts law.
